Holy Cross Health Center is a Private Not for Profit (PNFP) Hospital owned by Kasana Luweero Diocese.

It was began in 2001 by the Sisters of Mercy of the Holy Cross, who arrived in Kikyusa Parish the same year at the invitation of  the then Kasana Luweero Ordinary Late Arch. Dr. Cyprian Kizito Lwanga.

It was started in response to the need for medical services within the area of Wabusaana Sub County.

It is found in St. Bruno Sserunkuuma Kikyusa Catholic Parish, Kasana Luweero Diocese, Luweero District. The sisters run the facility under the guidance of the Health Unit Management Committee. The Health Unit enjoys good collaboration with the Government of Uganda and it is accredited by the Uganda Catholic Medical Bureau.
